10 ‘Don’ts’ of a Happy Living that You Need to Know

© by Jensen DG. Mañebog

Everyone deserves to live happily. The following are some of the things you need to avoid to live happily and meaningfully:

1. Don’t be fooled by flattery.

Flattery exaggerates and makes you feel good unreasonably.

2. Don’t believe everything you hear.

Practice prudence and do careful filtering.

3. Don’t brag about yourself.

Let other people mention your accomplishments.

4. Don’t be envious of the prosperity of others.

Be happy that others prosper and make them your inspiration.

5. Don’t covet riches.

And if you get riches, don’t trust in them.

6. Don’t be saddened by God’s rod of correction.

His correction and disciplining are signs pf His loving care.

7. Don’t try to prove you are perfectly right.

You are not infallible, and nobody is (except Christ).

8. Don’t judge anyone by appearances or by what he or she believes.

Yes, discrimination has no room in healthy and happy living.

9. Don’t lie on your bed at night fretting about problems.

Treat your self with tight sleep ever night–you deserve it.

20. Don’t trust your own plans or wisdom.

Listen to your parents. Most importantly, consult God’s will
